As one of our close-knit team of bus drivers, you would play a key role in ensuring the safe and reliable transport of students between home and school each day as well as when attending excursions, sporting events, and other off-campus activities. Tyndale’s buses run daily during school terms from 6:30 to 9:00am and 2:45 to 5:15pm. This part-time role would focus on the afternoon but, depending on a driver’s availability, there may be the opportunity to only work mornings or afternoons, and additional casual hours may be available during the day and in some vacation periods.With a fleet of eight buses including mini buses and larger vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions, our selection criteria include:Being a Christian of Reformed/Evangelical persuasion, active in a church, and able to whole-heartedly subscribe to Tyndale’s Educational CreedHolding a Light Rigid (LR) licence (holding an MR or HR or willingness to upgrade with our support is preferable)Experience in driving a school or public transport bus will be highly regarded    First aid qualified (or willingness to obtain)This position will commence in 2023 by negotiation.For more information about working at Tyndale, please click here.Tyndale is committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children and young people.
