Essential Criteria

  • Christian of a Reformed/Evangelical persuasion, who is an active member of a Reformed/Evangelical church
  • Whole-heartedly subscribe to the School’s Educational Creed
  • have obtained or are actively working towards a degree, diploma or certificate in early childhood education or a related field that is accredited by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
  • have an ability to work collaboratively with other educators, administrators and parents to create a positive learning environment for young children
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • have a genuine passion for working with children

Desirable Criteria

  • have experience engaging in the documentation of children’s learning 
  • possess a current first aid certificate, asthma and anaphylaxis training and the completion of a recognised child protection course
