The Centre is an integral part of the larger Tyndale Christian School community, which comprises more than 900 students in total.Our Tyndale Early Learning Centre operates from 7:00am to 6.00pm, five days per week, 49 weeks of the year and operates under the National Quality Framework that governs Early Childhood Education and Care Services.This role would suit educators who:are Christians of a Reformed/Evangelical persuasion, active in their own churches and whole-heartedly subscribe to the Tyndale's Educational Creedhave obtained or are actively working towards a degree, diploma or certificate in early childhood education or a related field that is accredited by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)have an ability to work collaboratively with other educators, administrators and parents to create a positive learning environment for young childrenhave excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and other stakeholdershave a genuine passion for working with childrenhave experience engaging in the documentation of children’s learning (desirable)possess a current first aid certificate, asthma and anaphylaxis training and the completion of a recognised child protection course (desirable)The commencement date for this position is to be determined by negotiation.Early Childhood Educators will be paid at the appropriate step under the NSW Christian Schools General Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement.For more information about working at Tyndale, please click here.Tyndale is committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children and young people.
